Sculpture, the body and the self
Today we had two tasks which was to draw a crime scene out of our bodies with cello tape and chalk, which as you can see from the photos it was easy and quick. The second task we did was that we had to use a few materials such as bamboo, wooden sticks, string, cello tape and gold paper and create something out of them within any thereof choice. My theme was Mother Nature because most of the materials were not man made, so I created a wing with the bamboo, wooden sticks and some cello tape. Then I made a necklace by using tissue, string and one of the wooden sticks. I scrunched up the tissue and wrapped the string around it so it can represent the earth because it was round.
